Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders above 99 Euro (within the EU) and 150 Euro (Rest of the world) will be shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than this amount, we offer simple and low rates based on your delivery address and regardless of package size and weight.

Our Flat rate Shipping Costs:

  1. Netherlands: 1 Euro
  2. Germany, Belgium, France : 5 Euros
  3. Eurozone (ex. above countries): 10 Euros
  4. Rest of the World : 20 Euros

USA & Canada : 3-5 Working Days
Worldwide : 5-10 Working Days

All our deliveries are shipped signed for and are tracked to ensure you are kept fully up to date with the status of your order.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 90 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 28 days old must be sent back to mien within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the mien Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these is possible, we will offer a refund.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from mien.bike. If you have purchased your item from a retailer, you should return the item directly to the retailer where the item was purchased.

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. mien are unable to refund postage on returned gift items.
